Host Anywhere.
Deploy Everywhere.

LaunchBoost doesn’t lock you in. Use our high-speed patch servers or bring your own storage. Support for Amazon S3, Digital Ocean Spaces, Google Cloud, or standard web servers.

Server Management

Easily add, modify and remove patch servers / mirror servers.

You can use your own web hosting, VPS or dedicated servers or you can use our super-fast Game Patch Servers.

There are no limits and no restrictions as to where you host.

🔒 Dual-Protocol Architecture

We separate Public download links from Private upload credentials. Players only ever receive the HTTP/HTTPS URL for downloading files. Your FTP/SFTP credentials are encrypted and used only by the Developer Patcher during the build process.

🔃 Priority & Failover Logic

Drag and drop servers to define their priority. The patcher will always attempt to connect to the top server first. If a connection times out or returns a 404, the client silently fails over to the next mirror in the list without interrupting the user.

🌍 Region-Specific Routing

Label your servers by region (e.g., “US-East”, “EU-Central”). You can allow users to manually select their preferred download mirror in the launcher settings, or let the auto-selector find the fastest route.

🎨 Visual Identity

Assign custom icons/avatars to your servers. When users browse the server list in the launcher, they’ll see a polished, branded UI rather than a raw list of IP addresses.

Server Configuration Dashboard

Multiple servers only available in Developer Edition. Pro Edition is limited to one server.

Automatic Failover

By specifying multiple mirror servers, your updates/patches can never fail.

The patch system will automatically try all the other servers in your server list whilst patching.

Example Setup

🇺🇸
Primary
US-East
🇩🇪
Backup
EU-Central
🎮

*Visualisation: If Primary fails (404/Timeout), client switches instantly.

Developer Overrides

Need to test a specific mirror? Or perhaps you want to allow users to select their region manually? Pass the --server flag to bypass the automatic priority list.
