The Service includes:
- Web-based dashboards and APIs
- Cloud-hosted configuration data
- Downloadable desktop software (“LaunchBoost Studio”)

The Service does not host your files. You are solely responsible for hosting all executables, patches, updates and assets on infrastructure of your choosing.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys
- Ensuring API keys are obfuscated and not exposed in plain text within public code or applications
Credential sharing is permitted but strongly discouraged due to security risks. Abuse resulting from shared credentials remains your responsibility.

5. Licences & Plans
LaunchBoost offers:

A Lifetime licence does not guarantee:

All payments are final.
Due to the digital and on-demand nature of the Service:
- No refunds are offered

- No refunds for Lifetime licences
By purchasing, you expressly waive any statutory cooling-off rights where permitted by law.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior contact may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
8. Service Availability

- The availability and performance of your servers or third-party hosting providers
We are not responsible for:

- Third-party hosting failures
- Bandwidth usage or costs
- Content legality or licensing
The LaunchBoost runtime may transmit a randomly generated unique identifier (UUID) to a developer’s account for the purposes of diagnostics, operational analytics, and support. This identifier does not directly identify an individual. ByteBox Media Ltd processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (“Patch Logs”) and does not use it to identify or profile end users.
Developers are solely responsible for informing their end users of any identifiers, diagnostics, or analytics used within their applications and for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
ByteBox Media Ltd has no direct relationship with end users of applications distributed using the LaunchBoost runtime. Developers act as the data controller in respect of their applications and any data processed in connection with their distribution and use of the patching system.
ByteBox Media Ltd does not determine the purposes or means of processing of such data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
10. Third-Party Servers & Downloads
The LaunchBoost runtime may download files from URLs you configure, including:
- Web hosting
- VPS or dedicated servers
- Object storage (e.g. S3-compatible services)
We do not control, operate or endorse those servers and accept no liability for:

- Security

- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Circumvent usage limits or safeguards

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
- Tamper with runtimes, APIs, or executables
- Bypass licensing or security mechanisms
- Use the Service to build or assist competing products
The Service includes technical measures designed to detect:
- Runtime modification

Detection of such activity may result in immediate termination without refund.

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of ByteBox Media Ltd.
